Fantastic lovely central hotel with magnificent views on the lake. Very comfy bed in the classic king room, plus climate control, a laptop-compatible safe, and a cable TV with on-demand movies. Marvellous location in a great area, near the center of shopping, restaurants, and entertainment, the Chicago Theater and others and great bars and restaurants.

We had a fantastic stay for a mini vacation.

The rooms were huge and fairly quiet and had a perfect view of downtown.

The employees were knowledgeable and best. The setting was quite marvellous and beautiful within easy reach of The Chicago Theatre.

Brand-new, reasonably large room complete with fridge & microwave and a great view, for example. Location is wonderful and magnificent, nextdoor to nearly everything. All in all they offer excellent service.

Awesome and brilliant location of the hotel, really close to city, river, lake Michigan, and Chicago Theater marquee, Art Institute and so many restaurants around the area. Also, keen on the menu they had at the Rooftop restaurant.

Greatly enjoyed my fantastic stay of our first night. I was offered a room with perfect views on the lake. It was in a great and beautiful location near a zoo and bars.

Very comfy beds and climate control, a laptop-size safe, and a microwave. Stunning location in the great area, close to the theater, areas that are very touristy and the restaurant which was very convenient. Nearby Siena Tavern - great place to chill out.

Wonderful & incredible hotel, stunning location keen on the menu they had at the Rooftop restaurant, affable staff. Attached restaurant with excellent cuisine. Top-notchservice with private parking available nearby. The early check-in process too.

The staff were welcoming and polite, ready to any request. The room was quiet with separate bathroom. I thoroughly enjoyed a modern decor and exceptionally comfortable beds.

The room size was smaller than expected, but it had good lighting, many mirrors, and comfortable pillows. The hotel staff was awesome and responded quickly to any requests. The location was convenient, close to the park, the bean, and public transportation. Loved the option to slightly open the window and hear the city.

The room was not only huge, but new-fashioned too, and had a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, a refrigerator and tea/coffee making equipment. Location: the hotel was right by the Chicago Theater and others, and the restaurant which was very convenient.

the hotel was clean and the room was perfect and impressive. the location was favourable, within walking distance of bp pedestrian bridge. there were restaurants and a zoo near the place. we liked rooms with a view. having hairdryers, a spa bathtub and bath sheets was a bonus.
